The Sauna

Doug Schneider designed and built this sauna. Please follow the posted instructions so that you can sauna safely.

  • Do not use the sauna if you have been drinking, are pregnant, or otherwise have a medical condition that puts you at risk.
  • Do not exceed 150 degrees for more than 5 minutes.
  • Fill the bucket and ladle water onto the heated rocks for steam.
  • Outside the sauna back door is a cold shower.
