We have one of the best views in Contra Costa County. We are fortunate to see the Carquinez Strait and as far as Mount Saint Helena when it is crystal clear. The house is on a protected ridge, accessable by a private road which requires driving at low speed and caution at all times. Our neighbors are wonderful but all of us are very concerned about safety and the ability to get down the road in the event of a grass fire. Never block any access road, always make certain there is room for a fire truck to pass on the road on which you are parked. There is NO burning when the hills are dry. Please be cautious smoking outside and do not smoke indoors.

The house is in direct line from the top of Mt. Diablo to San Francisco.
