Available via Paypal or personal check which will be reimbursed within 

10 days upon return of property in good condition.  This includes stripping beds,

running the dishwasher, taking trash away if trash is in excess of the garbage and recycle cans (animals, like raccoons and skunks, come if you don't). The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, try to keep it clean as you would like your home to be.

 

 

Balance due IN FULL two weeks prior to occupancy.
